Performance improvement Nemo, Default File Manager

One of the performance improvements in the Namo file manager is the way it handles the file thumbnails generation. File thumbnail generation is the key task of browsing files and folders which slows down the performance because it takes disk space as well because if you open folders with thousands of image files and you will notify that CPU consumption goes up.

Linux Mint 20 is with priority for content and navigation and to delay thumbnails as much as possible which means that once you open content in the folder it shows up with some generic icon first and after that thumbnails will be rendered so ultimately it will increase the performance.
